In his annual lecture, the Chief Executive of the Royal Society of Arts, Matthew Taylor, argued that all work should be “good work” which he defines as “fair and decent with scope for development and fulfillment”. The Chair of NAP’s Strategy Board, Elizabeth Vallance, has contributed to the debate in an article about what should be done to help autistic people gain access to “good work”.
